About RP Motorsport Developments
The driving force behind the business is Robert Palermo, having gathered his extensive experience & knowledge from working full time in the motor sport industry on a National & International level since 1995. Robert is a certified mechanic & has worked as a Race Engineer for several V8 Supercar teams since 2002.
Robert has qualifications in automotive mechanics & engineering. Although highly focused on motorsport, the real passion is with the cars, whether it is to race, modify or return them to their original pristine condition.
At present, our focus is on developing the restoration & customization side of the business. At times, we also sub-contract our services to other restoration workshops in Melbourne to complete there projects. See our resto's & more page for our recent projects.

As motorsport continues to technically grow, so does our need to learn & update our knowledge with regular attendance to motorsport seminars held by Claude Rouelle, Danny Nowlan, SAE, Motec & Pi Research to name a few. We also attend regular sessions or obtain information on new techniques that can make our job more professional, easier & cheaper for everyone.
