Because of the increasing technology that has changed the sport & the never decreasing demands in our life & from sponsors, it makes it more difficult for the motorsport competitor to find the time to achieve there desired result. We provide a practical & professional approach to your problems to take away some of the myths & so-called black art of preparing & engineering a potential championship winning race car.

We first begin by defining a list of goals that the potential client wishes to achieve & see what RPMSD can offer to help reach them. Each goal is then designated a time frame for completion. RPMSD can inspect the car & the teams’ organization for a no-fee consultation, & once an agreement has been reached, begin the process of increasing the performance of the vehicle & the team.

The following is a list of services we provide:

Race Car Preparation

	This service covers race to race event preparation, to end of season full rebuilds, whether the vehicle is competing at limited events or a full state or national championship. Our experience allows us to perform & improve all aspects of the vehicle.
	Track support is available for test days & race events, including the transport of the vehicle to & from the track.
	Construct development programs & performance enhancement modifications, including fabrication & machining of which we have specialized sub-contractors who can handle any job we can't.
	If you own your own race vehicle & wish to prepare it yourself, we can assist by teaching you the finer points of race preparation while using the very best of our setup equipment in our workshop.

Race Car Set-Up & Engineering

	The main focus of this service is track-side assistance to optimize the set-up of the vehicle, dependant on the driver's feedback & our analysis of the data. We can provide this service for one-off test days or race events, or full championship attendance.
	We use a 3D Suspension Analysis program to enhance the geometry to optimize grip & handling.
	Construct development programs & performance enhancement modifications, including fabrication & machining.

Driver Coaching

	We can provide a program for any driver & teach them the importance of fitness, mental strength & driving skills
	Provide feedback & analysis with or without the use of a data logger on test days

Data logging setup & analysis

We have three options for this service. We offer the following -

	One-on-One data analysis tutor program, tailored to suit your particular requirements. You will be supplied with examples of data printouts & procedures on how to get the most out of your system. There is no fixed fee for this service as time & requirements are dependant on the amount of teaching required.
	We can provide a data analysis service via email while you are at race events, & only pay us the time it is required to analyze the data. You will require your own laptop & a wireless Next G Internet modem to send the data.
	We can setup a system on any vehicle, attend test days or race events & take on the job of data engineer. In our role & with our experience, we can also advise on setup changes to suit the drivers style or changing track conditions. Our complete package would include analysis before & after each event, with a written report for the customer to review for the future.

Race Car Storage

	We have spare workshop space to store your race car if required.
	The premises is protected by alarms which are monitored 24-hour, camera surveillance & structural door modifications

Fabrication Of New Or Replacement Parts

Soon we will have equipment that will allow us to fabricate parts to your requirements.

3D Suspension Analysis

	We can produce a complete 3D analysis of the cars front or rear suspension, export the results & graph them in an easy to read format.
	We can give directions for future test days to try various settings for increased grip & cornering speed.

Shock Absorber Tuning & Modifications

	We can enhance shock absorbers by tuning & modifying the internals if required.
	We specialize in Ohlins & Penske shocks, however we will work on any brand to help reduce your costs & increase the performance of your vehicle.
